Even before the session day arrives, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Once you book your newborn session, you’ll receive my detailed Preparation Guide, full of tips to help you and your baby feel ready. This guide includes helpful tips like when to feed your baby, what to expect during the session, and how to keep your little one happy and comfortable.
Additionally, I provide a Personalization Questionnaire, where you can share your preferences on color palettes, props, any special items you’d like to incorporate, or any must-have photos you’d like to capture at your little one’s newborn photography session. This helps me style your session to reflect your vision, ensuring the images are truly meaningful to you. I’m always just a message away, and I pride myself on being super responsive to any questions or concerns you may have during the planning process. Whether you’re wondering about outfits, timing, or anything else, I’m here to help!

What to Expect During the Session
On the day of your newborn photography session, you’ll arrive at my cozy home-studio, located just outside of Northwest Austin in Cedar Park. I will have everything is set up and ready to go. My newborn photography studio is fully equipped with everything we need. I’ve carefully curated a selection of props, blankets, and outfits, so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything. My goal is to create a calm, peaceful environment where you can relax while I handle the details.
Newborn sessions will last around two to three hours, giving us plenty of time to work at your baby’s pace. There’s no need to rush; we’ll take breaks for feeding, cuddling, and soothing as needed. I specialize in creating a mix of traditional, posed portraits and intimate, close-up details of those tiny fingers and toes. After Your Baby’s Newborn Photography Session
Once the session is complete, you’ll receive a selection gallery containing all the beautiful images I captured at your baby’s newborn session. This allows you to pick your favorite photos and add any additional images if you’d like. Once you’re all done picking your favorites, I create your beautiful downloadable, sharable, and printable gallery of hand-edited images that capture this precious moment in time. I spend a great deal of time ensuring each photo is edited to perfection, while still maintaining that true-to-life feel. From start to finish, I aim to provide you with an experience that’s seamless and easy.
