I loved photographing this sweet family of three for their maternity photos session in Austin. Courtnee reached out to me to book her second newborn and maternity session with me. Nothing is more exciting in my job than watching families grow. I have been witness so many families go from “expecting,” to first child, to second, and some beyond. Whenever I get to document these special times in their lives I feel honored. I first met Courtnee and Jashua few years ago when they had their first adorable little girl, Elowyn. I got to photograph her newborn photos and her first year cake smash photos, and now I get to do it all again with their soon-to-be little girl! We had a beautiful, late summer evening for the maternity photos session, and Courtnee looked absolutely stunning. She wore a beautiful blue dress that showed off her adorable bump, while still staying true to her style. Joshua was super stoked about pictures as usual (aren’t all men?) and Elowyn was the perfect mix of ornery and sweet (aren’t all toddlers?) It was just the setting to initiate baby girl into her first of many family photos. Here’s a little preview of our evening. We can’t wait to meet you baby girl!
